- Shipping & handling charges are based on the weight of the order and the destination. We have shipping available to anywhere in the world. Please note that to take advantage of our combined shipping charge, all items must be paid for in one payment. If payments are made separately for each item, we will not be able to combine the items.

- We respect your privacy. We do not share or sell your information to any third parties. When you are ready to place an order, you have to register with us. We do not use your personal information such as your name and your mailing address anywhere besides processing your order and providing you with highest quality customer service.
- Returns & Replacements
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for refund. Please note that the merchandise must be undamaged and in “new and unused condition” to be acceptable for return. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact our Customer Support

- When you are placing an order, we ask you for your credit card information. Your credit card information is acquired by our credit card processors strictly for the transactions that you place. Your credit card information does not go anywhere besides our credit processor, and your financial institution. If we have difficulty processing the order, your contact information is used to get in touch with you.
